A high performing and fully human workplace seems contradictory to many. Perhaps, the challenge is embedded in the human brain as it’s developed over countless years. This amazing video suggests that we can draw a mental map of the businesses and relationships we want to honor and serve. This video also shows how scientific brain research provides knowledge and assumptions that can dramatically alter the future of business and personal coaching and the future of humanity itself.

Consider the possibility that;
– Any skill can be trained.
– Appreciation is vital.
– Self awareness controls misplaced emotions.
– Cognitive dissonance is the pathway to growth.
– You don’t need your identity or story to establish a oral, ethical and effective paradigm.
– The world is what you think it is.

Just imagine coaching and practicing from these assumptions.
