Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of coaching, training and facilitating at all levels of organizations. I work with leaders virtually and in person, across industries, cultures and geographic regions to choose actions that are in alignment with what they want to create. It’s through a leader’s desire to learn and grow with the added support and accountability of coaching that transformation happens.
