Andy Howie is a director of Space2think. He brings with him a rich and varied experience, having worked in learning and development for over 30 years. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Andy works closely with individuals and organisations to focus on supportive relationships, action learning, workplace learning, participative management and well-being. His current work in Leadership and Management Development is grounded in mindfulness practice and loving kindness at work.A graduate in Physical Education and also qualified in counselling skills and group-work, Andy has recently completed a Masters in Personal, Professional and Organisational Development. With a background in working with families and parent education Andy has also worked with a national charity for 8 years in several community projects, where he developed and ran a valuable peer assessor development programme in organisational standards. He has also had 7 years experience with the University of Chester in their Work Based Learning Department.
