Beth Hand MBA is an executive coach and CEO of Leadership Hand LLC, a woman-owned small business that serves small, mid-size to Fortune 500 companies, global businesses, international development enterprises, and mission-driven interests worldwide. She and her Leadership Hand consultants provide services that support: Executive & Leadership Team Development, Business Growth, Learning & Development, Transition Support (new roles, on-boarding) Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment and Employee Engagement.Beth passionately believes that leadership is a courageous act. She is an expert at helping leaders and their teams navigate the paradoxes and challenges of leadership to reach their important goals. She has a particular commitment to helping women take their place in business and in the marketplace. Beth has coached hundreds of leaders and consulted on $1 billion up to multi-billion dollar initiatives. As an example of her consulting work, she is one of few women consultants engaged by the Turkish General Directorate of Revenues to assist with setting the overarching framework, program and change management strategy for a country-wide project. She lived in Paris, France and Salamanca, Spain. Her travels include Western Europe, Central America, Central and East Asia, and North Africa.She is the author of the Hidden By… book series on Amazon. The core premise: when we fully see people and stakeholders, we discover powerful solutions. She is a contributing author to Belf’s Coaching With Spirit: Allowing Success to Emerge (Jossey-Bass, 2002), a contributor to Hayden’s 50 Ways Coaches Can Change the World, (Wings for Business, 2012), and featured in Hayden and Traditi’s Get Hired Now!™ (Bay Tree Publishing, 2005.)
