Jennifer (Jen) Todd, founder and CEO of breakthrough partners, inc, is a coach and consultant that supports leaders in developing the attitudes and behaviors needed for high performance and achievement of tangible business results. Her background in business strategy and organization development, coupled with her deep expertise in human behavior and change, allow her a unique talent to facilitate and coach in a way that transforms leaders, teams and organizations. She recently completed two large scale change projects in a Fortune 100 corporation that significantly shifted several leadership teams, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, millions of dollars off the bottom line, and resulted in a shift in inclusive behaviors across the culture of the organization. This client case was published in the 3rd edition of "Practicing Organization Development".Jen has coached several corporate leadership teams and led them through radical transformations. The results were paradigm shifts, inspiring visions, adoption of team culture and behaviors, leveraging each other's strengths & differences and working collaboratively to achieve goals and lead change in an aligned way across their organizations. She is known for facilitating transformational team retreats that are part of a long term development process that create sustainable change. Her most impactful team sessions are co-designed with team members themselves to tap into their talent using a creative design process and integrating a variety of tools and experiential team activities. Her clients over the years include CEOs, C-level Executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, and leaders at all levels in large and small organizations, from fortune 100 corporations and consulting groups to non-profits and small law firms. Prior to establishing the business, she worked for Allstate, Arthur Andersen and AON consulting in various consulting leadership roles advising on human resource strategies, organization effectiveness and leadership development.Jen holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. She is a certified Coach and Franchise Owner for Best Year Yet C process for individuals and teams. She is certified in the House model, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is trained in Gestalt methods of coaching and group interventions and has taught classes at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
