Renita Wellman, Ph.D., is a virtual team consultant based in Ojai, CA. She developed a research-based method to quickly prime virtual teams for her dissertation in org psych. She advised UNEP affiliated leaders as they made the shift from land-based to web-based community and was designer, developer, and advisor for an online National Honor Society branch for international students. Continuous study interests are culture, communications, group success, group dynamics, group development, and virtual team management. Renita is an accomplished writer, pianist, photographer, landscape and portrait painter.
