Stanley Arumugam

Dr Stanley Arumugam is a seasoned HR and OD professional and executive coach who has over 25 years' experience in the private, para-state in South Africa and in the international development sector. Stanley has coached NGO leaders in over 30 countries during his work with ActionAid International. He is currently director of Liminal Leadership – a coaching and consulting psychology company based in Johannesburg focused on leadership coaching. In his corporate roles in South Africa, he served in senior HR and OD roles. Particular areas of interest for Stanley include leader stress and burnout, team coaching, diversity, feminist leadership and coaching for social change and transformation. Stanley has postgraduate qualifications in psychology, coaching and theology. Stanley also serves on the editorial committee of Association for Coaching. He has a MSc Coaching & PhD Psychology.
