Dr. Jeannine Sandstrom

Dr. Sandstrom, MCC, is the founder and CEO of CoachWorks® International, Inc. a leader in the arena of executive development and leadership coaching. She is also a founding board member of Corporate Coach U, an international corporate and executive coach training firm with graduates worldwide, delivering valued executive and corporate coaching based on curriculum, models and codified experience. Jeannine co-authored these extensive training courses for CCU. Dr. Jeannine Sandstrom is a highly experienced executive coach who facilitates sustainable results in the areas of critical and current concern for her top level clients. After years of industry experience, CoachWorks® International has a proven record in leadership development and helping clients realize solutions to the top issues concerning executives today.

This work is delivered via individual leader coaching at the Board, officer and leadership team level; facilitating leader team learning and planning sessions; and delivering Legacy Leadership® Institutes designed by CoachWorks® for emerging and seasoned leaders.

Prior to starting CoachWorks® in 1995, Jeannine launched and led three national management development consultancies focusing on leadership emergencies, strategic plan implementation for merger and acquisition and emerging leader team development. Dr. Sandstrom has also worked with The Prudential, Fidelity Investments, Chase Bank, Anderson Consulting, Puget Sound Energy, ARCO, Oracle Corporation, Accenture, American Heart Association, private brokerage organizations, Merrill Lynch and numerous entrepreneurial and not-for- profit organizations. She co-convened an Executive Coach Summit for the International Coach Federation to distinguish the profession of Executive Coaching, has served on the (Dallas, TX) Mayor’s Task Force for International Development and on the boards of national professional and industry organizations, is an alumnus of LEADERSHIP DALLAS, past president of the D/FW Chapter of International Association of Career Management Professionals, a charter member of the North Texas Chapter of the international Coach Federation, and a former International Rotarian. A leader in the executive coaching industry, Dr. J was instrumental in its development as a profession. Prior to starting her own coaching practice, Sandstrom founded and led three national consulting companies focusing on leadership development, strategic plan implementation, and team development.

Dr. Patrick Williams

One of the early pioneers of coaching, Patrick Williams, MCC, began executive coaching in 1990. In 1998 he founded the Institute for Life Coach Training, an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. He speaks worldwide on topics of living purposefully, coaching for global change, wellness coaching, and the coach approach in leadership. He has written dozens of articles and been interviewed on TV and radio.

Pat was awarded the first Global Visionary Fellowship by the Foundation of Coaching for his Coaching the Global Village project, a non profit organization to take the coach approach to developing villages on the planet.

Bill Carrier

Bill Carrier, President of Carrier Leadership Coaching Inc., leads an organization which specializes in coaching senior executives and high-potential executives in leadership and personal development. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, former Army officer, and Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar, Bill grounds his coaching work in extensive practical leadership experience and the firm belief that we are all part of something bigger than our individual selves.

Executive coaching clients have included senior executives at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, CEO’s and senior vice presidents of corporations from $4M to $10B in annual revenue, a chief merchandising officer for a multinational retail corporation, and a winner of the Navy’s Zumwalt Award (annually given to the best captain of a ship in the US Navy).

Bill has extensive experience in working with senior-most HR executives of billion-dollar companies across the US, Australia, and South Africa to leverage leadership assessment and human capital measurement to improve company culture and performance. As a senior director at the Executive Intelligence Group (EIG), Bill led business development, working with the world’s leading corporations regarding assessment practices for succession management, high potential employees, and senior executive deployment and development.

Prior to EIG, Bill led business development teams at CLC Solutions and the Corporate Executive Board, the world’s top corporate best-practice research and executive education firm. Bill worked with the top HR executives at Fortune 1000 companies to help them to build stronger leadership benches, strengthen relationships with high potential employees, and effectively measure and manage human capital.

Bill began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, where he was the direct supervisor of a combat arms team in high-stress training environments. After retiring from the Army, Bill was selected to represent the United States as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar to Brazil. In addition to an extraordinary background in direct leadership and coaching, Bill has extensive studies in leadership and coaching. Besides graduating from West Point, Bill has been a certified Dale Carnegie instructor and is Certified Newfield Ontological Coach. He continues his ongoing education in leading-edge coaching and human performance improvement best-practices under world-class coaching and somatics expert, Dr. Stuart Heller, and is a founding member of the Coaching Excellence in Organizations community of practice.

In recognition of his excellence as a senior executive coach, Bill has served as a Mentor Coach, supporting other senior coaches and leaders enrolled in the Coaching Excellence in Organizations advanced education program. Bill has been a member of the Board of Directors of the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations (ICCO) and is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard. Adria Trowhill, MA, PhD (ABD), CPCC, MCC, Master Tilt Practitioner

Adria was one of the pioneers of coaching in Canada. She is a business oriented, practical and heart centered executive coach with over 20 years of experience coaching senior corporate leaders, academic leaders, and teams across multiple industries. She also mentors coaches at both PCC and MCC levels. One of Canada’s first Master Certified Coaches, Adria is a Founding Faculty, former Dean, and Dean Emerita of Adler Graduate School’s Coaching Certificate Program worldwide. She was Canada’s Coach of the Year in 2008, as President led the chartering of the Toronto ICF Chapter, and has continued to play an integral role in the Canadian coaching community. Dr. Laura Belsten is the founder and president of CEO Partnership – Coaching Executives & Organizations.  For over two decades, she has helped her clients translate their vision into action, build exceptional teams and high-performing organizations, lead change and manage transitions, and improve employee commitment and engagement. She also supports her executive clients in building healthy, respectful and fulfilling workplaces, helping them take a “coach approach” to managing and leading.

Laura is also the Founder of the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence, an international learning and research organization that provides training to coaches worldwide in how to coach the skills and competencies of socially and emotionally intelligent leadership.

Dr. Belsten has also been on the faculty of the University of Denver since 1990 teaching graduate courses in leadership and communication.

Emma-Louise Elsey

Emma-Louise Elsey began her career as a project and relationship manager for Fortune 500 companies. Her interest in motivation, teams and leadership led her into management and then to life-coaching.

Completing her training in 2004, Simplicity Life Coaching Ltd. in was launched in March 2005 after Emma-Louise moved to Vancouver, Canada from England. She added the NLP Practitioner designation to her coaching repertoire in the summer of 2005.

In 2008 she moved to a 5 acre homestead on Salt Spring Island off the West coast of Vancouver to follow her dream. The Coaching Tools Company.com followed in early 2009 to supply professional coaching tools and exercises to fellow coaches and therapists. Her latest project is Fierce Kindness.com, launched at the end of 2019 to help make the world a kinder place.

She is a passionate leader, writer and entrepreneur in the coaching field. Her goal is to help increase the impact of coaching around the world through her writing and resources. So far she has created over 150 coaching forms, tools and exercises, and her weekly newsletter has almost 50,000 readers!

Hillary Hutchinson, founder of TransitioningYourLife.com has a passion for the world of academic work, and is known as The Change Strategist. She has been a coach since 2009 focusing on career advancement and transitions for academics.  She holds an MA in Social Anthropology as well as a MEd in Higher Education Administration, both received from the University of Texas at Austin. SueAnn Freeman

SueAnn has over 25 years of experience in employee relations, management, mediation, arbitration, salary and benefits negotiations, and coaching individuals, leaders, executives, and teams, on the conversations the have and how they make decisions. She engages clients in partnerships and processes to gain perspective, insight and skills in making critical decisions and holding important and sensitive conversations that gain desired outcomes.

She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education; a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation; a Certified Mediator with the California Lawyers for the Arts; Committee member for the Board Certified Coach Credential and holds a MA in leadership from Saint Mary’s’ College. In addition, she is a Leader Effectiveness Trainer (L.E.T.), MBTI and EQi2 assessor and Affiliate Member, Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

Vernon Stinebaker

Vernon Stinebaker is Principal, Agile Practices, at Perficient Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and a Certified Team Coach (CTC). His why is to help individuals and organizations aspire to their full potential so that they can realize their inner angel. Vernon sees coaching as key to achieving this outcome.
During his 10 years with Perficient, Vernon has supported the development of award-winning global delivery organizations with industry-leading capability in Lean and Agile principles and practices. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) he has mentored numerous individuals to achieve guide-level certifications including the first local CSTs in Malaysia and Japan and 3 of the 6 CSTs in China. Vernon is a passionate Scrum Alliance volunteer. He was a long-serving member of the Trainer Approval Committee (TAC) and helped co-create the Certified Team Coach (CTC) program, where he continues to serve as review committee member. Dr. Jane Williams

Dr. Jane Williams is the former Chief Information Officer at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Prior to her retirement in 2020, Dr. Williams led a team of IT professionals charged with maintaining the technology systems of more than 14,000 students. She continually strived to transform traditional CIO structure in support of new strategic imperatives with a focus on customer service. Additionally, Dr. Williams has been an online instructor for more than 15 years and is currently an adjunct faculty instructor at Waldorf University.

Prior to joining the University of Missouri -St. Louis, Dr. Williams spent 20 years as an IT and Business consultant with IBM. She served in a variety of leadership positions with experience in retail and management consulting, solutions marketing, solutions delivery, enterprise content management, and sales education. An IBM certified executive consultant, she was an Integral part of IBM’s global virtual team working remotely and traveling extensively worldwide to drive innovation in different divisions within the company. She was responsible for leading, directing, mentoring, and managing global virtual teams.

Dr. Williams currently serves as an Executive Coach for the Pathways program of the CIO Executive Council of IDC. She specializes in working with women executives in the IT field as they seek to grow in their careers.
