Based in South Africa, Barbara has been coaching since qualifying in 2003, and has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School (University of Reading) in the United Kingdom. She places great importance on her own continual personal and professional growth and development, and annually attends programmes and conferences with international leaders in the fields of coaching and leadership.
