Dr Dominik Heil is a Global Partner of Reputation Institute and a senior lecturer at the Wits Business School in Johannesburg. He teaches strategy, leadership and philosophy of management. Dominik has extensive consulting experience and has worked with most of South Africa’s largest corporations and a number of multinationals. He has published a book titled “Ontological Fundamentals for Ethical Management – Heidegger and the Corporate World”. Dominik is passionate about exploring the fundamental assumptions of current management practice in his teaching, consulting and research in a way that makes a tangible difference to managers’ performance.
