Dr Gordon Spence is a registered psychologist (NSW) who has extensive experience working within both academia and private practice. He is Program Director of the Masters of Business Coaching, Sydney Business School (University of Wollongong) and has maintained a private coaching practice for over a decade, through which he provides a range of executive/workplace coaching and coach training services. Gordon has extensive experience delivering workplace training programs and executive/performance coaching services within a variety of organisations. He holds a PhD in coaching psychology from the University of Sydney and lectures on the psychology of peak performance, leadership, evidence-based coaching, and workplace wellbeing. Gordon has in depth experience in leadership coaching and works within this arena variously as an executive coach, a researcher, and an educator.
