A licensed psychologist and leader with 20 years of experience, Dr. Johan Naudé founded Table Mountain Consulting Group in 2016. Since then, Table Mountain partners with regional, national and global organizations to help them execute their talent strategy through assessment services, coaching and leadership development. Johan is an expert in the use of assessments and coaching in organizations. He served as a US Army Officer and Operational Psychologist, supporting US special operations forces with assessment and development services. For over a decade, Johan was a coaching leader and senior faculty at a top-ranked global executive education organization, where he consulted on assessment and coaching topics, designed and delivered leadership programs, trained professional coaches on four continents to use a range of assessment instruments and coached executives and teams. Johan was born in Ireland, grew up in South Africa and Upstate New York, studied in Germany and has lived in the Pacific Northwest. Johan and his wife live in North Carolina with their two young adult children.
