Avra Lyraki is a speaker in Corporate Communications specialized in Organizational Communication Issues during Mergers & Acquisitions. Having worked for more than 16 years in the banking sector in the Human Resources Management, Customer Intelligence and Experience and MarComm (ATL, BTL, TTL, Strategic MarComm, joint projects liaising, consultancy, training and execution) field she has gathered extensive experience in Corporate Communication Issues, Corporate Image Building and Maintenance through offline techniques (handling crisis management issues, event management projects such as the coordination of exhibitions, press conferences, gala dinners, planning and organizing sponsorships) as well as through online media (online reputational management, social media campaigns and online viral marketing). Since 1997 she has trained more than 3,000 executives, and she has cooperated with multinationals and N.G.O.s such as Vodafone and Red Cross, as a freelance executive trainer on the field of Business Communications, Management and Coaching. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching – McLean Hospital – Harvard Medical School, the Global Speakers Federation, the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and the Athens Institute for Education and Research.Evan Fotis Georgoulakis is a Greek-American character analyst and artist who specializes in Physiognomy, a method that dates back to Aristotle. This method studies and evaluates the facial structure and individual features to reveal clues about character and predispositions. His insight on character analysis and personal communication has been sought by forensic departments, politicians, businesspeople, by corporations and organizations such as Air-France, Nautica, Pernod-Ricard and YPO International. His workshops and lectures help participants optimize their communicating, public speaking, and hiring skills. BBC World Service, CNN, London’s Times, Daily Record, Elle, as well as by most major Greek newspapers and magazines amongst others have solicited his services. True Face was created by Evan Fotis, focusing on the optimization of behavioral and communication skills. At True Face, a person's potential is assessed using the combined knowledge from the fields of Morpho-Psychology, Physiognomy & Evolutionary Psychology synergistically.
