Mark Raymond

Mark Raymond/Organisational Coach/Newfield Institute, Melbourne, Australia Mark Raymond works with his clients, both teams and individuals, to support them to get clear on their strategies and priorities and implement them through their people. Mark is passionate about helping his clients build something great – from a commercial perspective and where their people are valued and developed. Prior to working as a coach and consultant, Mark spent about 20 years in organisations in sales and marketing, management and coaching roles. Mark’s focus is on helping his clients to become clear on their objectives, and how to turn it into action in the most effective and sustainable way, which includes leveraging strengths and having the important conversations that need to be had. Mark achieves this by combining his commercial focus and knowledge of how people and teams learn, develop and perform at their best. Mark has experience in working with numerous clients including law firms, the energy sector, government and health care organisations. His areas of expertise includes leadership, business development/sales, and teams.
