Oran Tkatchov, M.Ed. currently supports professional learning at the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind and provides school leadership/improvement consulting services for True Performance Learning Solutions. For over a decade he directed and provided professional development in the areas of special education and school/district improvement at the Arizona Department of Education. In 2017 he co-authored the book Success for Every Student – A Guide to Teaching and Learning and has since written educational articles for publications such as ASCD Inservice, Journal of the American Academy of Special Education Professionals, Principal Leadership, eParent.com, SmartBrief, and Motherly. His educational career has included such roles as a middle school English teacher, high school English teacher and charter school director.
