Ronnie Grabon has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Executive Coaching, consulting, facilitation and teaching. Beyond her private practice with individual clients and organizations, she serves as a Professor of Practice in the MBA program of the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. She is also associated with the Center for Creative Leadership where she has been an Executive Coach and facilitator for over 15 years. Ronnie has been the senior executive for HR and on the senior management team in many different environments. Within organizations, she has been involved in business strategy, leadership and operations. Ronnie has been a part of both high growth environments and business upheavals.
