Rudy Vandamme (1958) is master in psychology, master in philosophy, and master in anthropology at the University of Leuven (Belgium). He is also an international certified master NLP trainer. His core talent is to translate a changing worldview into models and methods that can be used by professionals. He helps professionals to integrate an ecological worldview into their practice. Rudy runs an adult training institute in Belgium specialised in courses in NLP, coaching, leadership and mediation (www.hetontwikkelingsinstituut.be). Rudy wrote more than ten books, some of which are used as manuals in higher education. In his Ph.D. research Rudy is researching the impact of new pedagogies on the teacher's identity in higher education. He studies how teachers invent ways to integrate their deeper inside into the job. The Fork model is a spin off of his research, values and personal development.
