Siobhan Murphy

Siobhán (an Irish name pronounced Sha-vaun) Murphy created The Quest Connection to bring leading edge strategies and processes to her clients to grow organizations by growing the people who lead them. She works with executives, professionals, salespeople, business owners and their teams – in short, extraordinary people with a vision for vibrant business life. Siobhán is known for teaching people to focus on what is working and leading from strengths. She connects people: leaders to their teams, companies to their clients, clients to resources and head to heart. Siobhán combines an extensive business background — over 25 years experience in sales, management, coaching and training including 12 years of corporate sales and management at AT&T serving accounts in the financial services industry in Manhattan and across industries on Long Island in Sales and Sales Management — with her life-long passion for professional development and a gift for intuition, to help clients achieve results. Siobhán works in the areas of Leadership Development and Skills training, Facilitation, Executive Coaching and Corporate Retreats. She enjoys transforming client working environments through the use of Visioning and intuitive questioning, changing the experience of work for her clients. Siobhan is a licensed facilitator of the Excelerator™ Coaching Skills Program and other programs and has studied extensively with the Global Coaching Network. Siobhán is the New York area Affiliate of the HiringSmart programs for recruiting, talent management and succession planning. Her work has been featured in Newsday, Long Island Business News and quoted in the New York Times. She has been interviewed on NBC’s Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo and on several radio programs. The extensive range of clients that have benefited from working with Siobhán include AT&T, Nycomed US, Cox Radio Long Island, Polo Ralph Lauren, The NPD Group, Coach University, State Bank of Long Island, Harrison & Shriftman, DealerTrack, Young Equipment Sales, a host small businesses and thousands of individuals. She has taught coaching skills at NYU’s School of Continuing Professional Studies, and serves as an Examiner in Columbia University’s Coaching Certificate Program.
