How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches? I am an excellent strategic thinker and can help. What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you? I love to co-create articles or workshops. I like to see a product from my collaborations. How would you sum up your mission as a business coach? As an executive myself for 20 years, my current passion is to help executives become more centered, deliberate, mindful, and successful. By becoming more mindful and focused on strategic actions, you not only improve your well-being, you fully engage your energies and increase your success. What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches? Synergy and energy. I love the one to one of coaching but I miss the ideas that fly when working in a project with other dynamic professionals. Who is your target market? Clients who want to align their lives with their values. What does leadership mean to you? Being clear on the values that with which one wants to govern using emotional, behavioral, physical and spiritual intelligences in leadership. What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance? The more you share the more you create. What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others? Interests and research related to women executives. My passion as a practicing Buddhist to help people become more conscious, centered and aligned with their values. What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole? We need to be able to help clients differentiate between executive coaches and know how to select quality coaches. There is too much of a tendency to use coaching companies who hire coaches who may not be well trained or experienced enough working with executives. They give us all a bad name. How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches? I have my niche and I enjoy referring potential clients to other coaches who work in different areas.Sweet Spot Values based leadership, strategic focus, energy management,Wild Card I have been a Buddhist for 10 years and love figuring out how to blend both practices.
