Allen Moore is the Global Practice Leader of Executive Coaching for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, and is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. As an experienced business executive with over fifteen years living and working abroad, he also has extensive experience coaching senior leaders on the skills and behaviors required for success. The first half of his career was spent in medical devices and diagnostics, leading technical services, marketing, and international business. The latter half of his career spans consulting in strategy, process, and human development. Allen holds a PhD in social psychology, as well as an MSc in systems management and a BSc in business. He is a certified Master Coach and a Fellow with the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard affiliate.
