Since leaving the corporate landscape, she established DecisionLab Global, a boutique consulting and training agency focused on rethinking performance improvement for business leaders by advancing ego-free solutions. She has written three books, and is currently writing her fourth book, "Lead2Flourish: Undoing Unconscious Behaviors Keeping Leaders From Being Their Best," for a 2021 release. Dr. Deana has facilitated training and consulted on three continents about performance, mindset, leadership development, and wellbeing.
