She is globally renowned thought leader on leadership development, the author of numerous articles and books, experienced key note speaker, academic lecturer and award-winning entrepreneur. She works with clients across the world to help them develop powerful leadership in times of growth and change. Karlin holds a BA from Mills College, an MA in clinical psychology from the Professional School of Psychology in San Francisco, and executive coach certification through the William James Institute Center for Executive Coaching.
