Life begins on the edge of your comfort zone
You are part of a much bigger picture, and you are just an aspect of that picture (a mere brushstroke if you will). BUT (and it is a big but) that does not give you permission to diminish yourself either.

I have concluded that the environmental impact of entering a new profession (often relatively quickly) is significant. Becoming a coach means learning a new skillset, studying for qualifications and becoming a business owner, all in one go.
Individuals who are intrinsically motivated will naturally feed off challenging tasks. Doing the task is, in and of itself, rewarding to these individuals.
How comfortable do you feel five minutes before a coaching session? How do you feel if it doesn’t go as planned? Are you comfortable enough to invite ALL of your friends and colleagues to experience a coaching session with you?
Despite the fact leadership training programs abound, they have failed to produce good leaders.
There is a pattern in acquiring talent that includes, “deep practice, ignition, and master coaching.”
