Alicia Rodriguez

Sophia Associates, Inc. partners with organizations to create environments that promote learning and transformation for organizations, teams and individuals. We leverage human touch and high technology to create high impact learning environments that accelerate learning and knowledge acquisition into action and generative practice. We work with leaders, high potential executives and successful entrepreneurs to increase leadership competencies, strengthen executive performance levels, better self manage and build resiliency, and to create opportunities for personal learning and development. We provide services to private companies, government agencies and non-profits - certified coaches, consultants and facilitators - and assist companies in developing internal coaching programs. Through our process of “wisdom coaching” our clients accelerate their learning and increase their capacity to meet ongoing challenges. Our clients sustain high levels of achievement, performance and excellence. Sophia Associates was created to meet the growing demand from clients seeking to better manage the evolution of their organizations while developing their personal potential.
