Rashmi currently serves as Leadership Development coach with early stage technology companies. Her work with VideoBlocks was recently mentioned in the Washingtonian magazine. Rashmi works with leaders who are ready and willing to take an audacious look at themselves and the role they play in the function (or dysfunction) of their team or organization. Her presence-based coaching approach helps leaders lean in to their areas of vulnerability and discomfort leading to true maturation and conscious leadership. Rashmi is also proud of the 5-year volunteer work she performed weekly in the Arlington prison system, bringing much needed Group Coaching based in mindfulness practices to the Addictions Corrections and Treatment Unit.
