MORE ABOUT JOSH FREY:

Founded by Josh Frey, a 20-year veteran of the promotional products industry and Founder of On Sale Promos, LLC (OSP), the Swag Coach program is a professional training and mentoring curriculum designed to teach people how to launch a career in the $20 billion advertising specialties industry.

In a time when so many Americans are underemployed – working beneath their skill and pay grade – and job security is at an all time low – taking the leap of faith from employee to entrepreneur is not as big of a jump as it once used to be (especially with Josh and his team holding your hand every step of the way, from training to launching to ongoing coaching).

Swag Coach uses an eight-module training course, developed and written by Harvard Business School graduate and award-winning curriculum writer, to teach aspiring small business owners the very same best practices that Josh uses everyday with his own clients while running On Sale Promos. From learning about the products and suppliers to building long-term client relationships and processes for selling strategically and profitably – Josh and his team  train, coach and mentor you every step of the way to help ensure success in making profitable and voluminous sales.

The Swag Coach program is based on an outsourced business model – one that Josh has worked to perfect over the past 20 years to yield an annual half-million-dollar income.  It is designed to work with best-in-class partners who handle all of the parts of the business that don’t generate sales and revenue (e.g. order processing, accounting, etc) while allowing OSP team members to focus on the things that do make them money and provide freedom of schedule, e.g. meeting with clients and prospects, networking, family and personal time, etc.

Some of Josh and his OSP’s team’s more recent “claims to fame” include:

  • Recognition as a Top 2% Producer amongst 20,000+ Companies in the Promotional Products industry
  • $3M of collective Sales from a Swag Coach team of newly trained OSP’ers with no prior industry experience
  • Average income of $350/hr amongst his team – more than most doctors and lawyers!
  • Deal Close Rates of 50%+ with margins 10% higher than the industry average
