Angela Airall, PMD, MBA is a legendary, multidisciplinary corporate change agent, social justice advocate, and author, and the visionary founder of Enlightened Enterprises, LLC, an innovative, 
full-service, multinational coaching and consulting firm, servicing the Leadership Strategy, Executive Coaching, and Succession Planning needs of largely Fortune 100 C-Suite executives. A prodigious academician, Airall holds a PMD in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Southern California’s Executive MBA program, and a Master’s of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Boston University. She is also a longstanding Senior Fellow at Oxford Leadership in England, where she supplies leadership coaching and facilitation to global corporations and executives, utilizing her unique combination of Harvard Business school strategies and Oxford Leadership technologies. She also contemporaneously serves as an Executive Coach at Sloan International Group, Duke Corporate Education, COACHSOURCE, Genesis Advisers and Korn Ferry Talent Management. In her storied career, Airall has profound experience as a Chief Learning Officer and Chief Diversity Officer, and has also served as a corporate advisor to global household giant, Johnson & Johnson. Additionally, as chief consultant to Duke University and Duke Medical School, she designed the Duke University Leadership Academy for high potential leaders; created and launched the Executive Coaching practice at both institutions; and coached Duke Medical School division chiefs in a succession plan for Medical Chair appointments.
Equally an impassioned social justice advocate and also an ordained minister, serving on the Growing Through Grief Board of Governors and the Duke Hospice Board, Airall is particularly committed to causes that disproportionately affect women and minority populations.
