3. Female Diversity – The invisible sly struggle of every female to “Be that girl” exists on personal and professional levels. The need that women feel to tear other women down is a strong indication of female diversity which does exist but very often uncomfortable to talk about. The truth is that all women are unique and powerful in different ways and this needs to be realised. The championing of women by other women helps to reduce female diversity in the workplace. Start off by controlling those emotions that can run wild and let’s embrace other women in the workplace by celebrating them.
